You may use CloviForms to

Collect leads, survey responses, job applications, orders, feedback, and other lawful data.
Build forms for your own business, clients (Agency tier), or internal use.
Integrate with other services via webhooks and APIs for legitimate automation.

Collect personal data without the respondent's knowledge or proper legal basis.
Send unsolicited messages (spam) using data collected through forms.
Collect or process sensitive data (health records, financial account numbers, government IDs) without appropriate security controls and legal authorization.
Create forms that deceive respondents about the purpose of data collection (phishing).
Collect data from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
Circumvent the Service's usage limits, security measures, or rate limiters.
Resell access to the platform as an independent SaaS product (except Agency LTD reseller tier).
Upload malware or use the Service to attack other systems.
Violate any applicable law or regulation.

Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund. We will cooperate with law enforcement as required.
