1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of CloviForms at cloviforms.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
CloviForms is an AI-native form-building and data-collection platform. It lets you create forms, collect submissions, view responses, and automate workflows via integrations.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for all activity under your account. You must be 18 or older to use the Service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to our Acceptable Use Policy. Do not use CloviForms to collect data unlawfully, spam respondents, or process sensitive personal data without proper consent and legal basis.
5. Plans, lifetime deals & billing
Paid plans, including lifetime deals purchased via AppSumo, grant access to the features and usage limits of the tier purchased. Lifetime access means access for the lifetime of the Service as operated by CloviTek LLC.

7. Your data & form submissions
You retain ownership of all data you collect through your forms. You grant CloviForms a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from form respondents and complying with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
8. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, and templates are owned by CloviTek LLC. You may use your collected form data for any lawful purpose.
9. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloviTek LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to amounts paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may export your data before deletion.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
