Lifetime Deal Terms
1. What "Lifetime" means
"Lifetime access" means access to the Service for as long as CloviForms is operated by CloviTek LLC as a commercially available product. It does not guarantee perpetual operation under all circumstances.
2. License
Your LTD grants you a non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use CloviForms at the tier you purchased. You may not resell, transfer, or sublicense your LTD to another person or organization (except Agency Tier 4 purchasers who have purchased reseller rights).
3. Tier features
LTD tiers grant access to the features available at the corresponding plan level (starter / pro / business / agency) at the time of purchase, plus future features added to that tier or below.
4. Feature evolution
We may add, modify, or discontinue specific features. We will not remove core form-building or submission-collection functionality from any LTD tier while the Service is operating.
5. Stacking
Where AppSumo permits license stacking, each additional license code stacks one tier upward up to a maximum of Agency (Tier 4).
6. Refunds
AppSumo's 60-day money-back guarantee applies. After 60 days, LTD purchases are final. See our Refund Policy.
7. Account linking
Each license key may be linked to exactly one CloviForms account. License keys cannot be transferred after activation.
