Monthly & annual subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial months.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact [email protected] within 14 days of the charge and we will investigate promptly.
AppSumo lifetime deals
AppSumo purchases are covered by AppSumo's 60-day money-back guarantee. Refund requests within 60 days of purchase must be submitted directly through AppSumo. After 60 days, AppSumo LTD purchases are final.
Free plan
The free plan has no charges, so there is nothing to refund.
Exceptions
We may issue goodwill refunds at our discretion for documented service outages that substantially affected your use of the Service. Contact support with details.
